Help with Luigi vs Luigi Matchup

So in my region there's a fairly large tourney coming up, and I'm in the same pool as the other Luigi player in the region. I've never really been matched with him before, nor have I faced the ditto matchup, so I was wondering if I could get some pointers.

I think the biggest part is not falling for the same traps that you would place your opponents in.
Bait out his Nair and punish his attempts at juggling.
Use the ftilt liberally and gimp the recovery accordingly.

I found that using down-b to escape from combos effective.
