Help needed with Dolphin

Recently i've been attempting to emulate Melee on Pc, however i've had a major issue with running the Dolphin emulator. Whenever I try to load up Melee I get the error "Failed to initialize Direct3D. Make sure your video card supports at least D3D 10.0" this seems weird to me because my computer runs DirectX 11 already. If anyone has dealt with the problem I could use some help.
