Watch and Game!

Welcome to the Game and Watch video thread! The old thread hadn't been touched since 2010 and had some VERY old videos on it. With a lot of effort, I managed to get every video from the original thread, every video posted to these boards (in lots of random threads) AND get videos from channels that had already given videos here to DOUBLE THE SIZE OF OUR VIDEO ARCHIVE!!!

Now that this thread is back on track, hopefully it can get new videos and help generate interest in our 2D Hero!

I have organized the videos based on age and the characters played to hopefully keep things organized. It's not like you can't learn anything from the old videos, just remember the meta game was not as it was today back then.

If you have ANY G&W videos old or new that are not on this list please post them so I can get them up here!

If you are interested in having a recent video of your G&W critiqued, please post it here and make sure to ask and one of us G&W mains will give you some tips!

If any of these videos are no longer on youtube, please let me know so I can remove them from the list.

A video's a video, there's a shortage of Game & Watch vids so we need all the vids we can get.

I'll usually only get rid of vids if there's a lot of negative feedback or something...

If you put the "Comments" key at the beginning, do I really have to read a yellow "Comments" everytime I am reading comments? :/

In a crew battle with the opponent having 1 stock to my 3 to "start" the match, I got a sweet flawless victory that will look pretty cool when it's posted. I also got a 2 stock win against a Jigglypuff on that tape - I'll post my sections of the tape when it's up.

lol yeah when I created this thread I didn't expect to have G&W vids of Bombsoldier and Ken...

Oh, and I taught myself the bair spammage and the dtilt edgeguard. Ftilt edgeguard > dtilt edgeguard.

Hey thanks. lol and I've been wanting to bump this thread but I can't double post

I found some new G&W matches (and a really good combo video) on a Japanese site but they're not hosted on google/youtube and I don't know the names of the players. So when I get that info and maybe put them on youtube then I'll add them.

there is this one guy in this small podunk town in the US, Ive seen him with my own eyes, owns with G&W way better then bombsoilder he just is poor and has no money to play in big tourneys. His tag should say it all nin9 cuz when you play him all you see is 9 in your face.

no because no one will ever ***** tape me ;/ o well i dont even play anymore, i wouldent do GW much justice. but i did beat the (arguably) 2nd best Ics in the nation last tourney with him :/ fair well smash brothers maybe when theres money in smash you guy may see a actual GW. until then u got dire
