Dolphin Netplay Help

I used this thread as a guide:

I was trying to get into Melee netplay and I got Dolphin DC-Netplay 4.0-652 because that's the one that came with all the necessary codes and such apparently, but when I opened it, the codes (like Global Melee Netplay settings cheat wasn't there).

Anyone can help?

I already asked the question in the netplay thread but I didn't get an answer.

I'm just guessing but maybe your downloaded the wrong version of Melee. The version that most people play online is v1.02. Dolphin has built in cheats for certain GC and Wii games so maybe the version you have (v1.0 or v1.01) does not have a Global Melee Netplay Settings cheat pre-programmed into Dolphin.
