you absolutely should play kid icarius uprising. It's so fantastic of a game it isnt even funny. Which is a lie because the game is indeed funny. Very funny. (With great gameplay as well)

Hades - NO! - Sorry Dark Pit ruined any Kid Icarus characters for me...Medusa would be cool but I'd rather wait until the next game for a new Kid Icarus character considering the insane amount of content for the game in this Smash...

Dark Samus- Yes, though in all fairness I would rather have Ridley.
Anna- Yes, The RNG goddess will have her day.
Chibi Robo, indifferent, don't know enough to make a proper judgement. Though he's getting or got a 2d platformer where he uses his plug as a whip and grapple so there's that.
Dig Dug, No, I don't think its possible to make a moveset out of inflating enemies till they pop.
Bubbles, indifferent, same reasons as chibi robo.
Chorus Kids, yes, I don't know if they were gonna be a trio but I would've liked to see some rhythm heaven love
Hades, Yes, potential heavyweight, zoner, and troll. what could possibly go wrong
Quote, indifferent, again don't know the character.

Yes to Bubbles: Since Clu Clu Land was a game about building up momentum, Bubbles sounds like she has potential to become a combo queen

No to Hades: Would prefer Medusa if we must have another Kid Icarus character so soon.

No to Quote: generally against third parties. Sorry Quote.

Indifferent to Chrous Kids: Would prefer RH repped through a stage and an AT. I don't think this is a series that lends itself to a playable fighter.

For most of the characters I haven't rated yet:



There's a few characters that will likely crop up here that I'd have to say "No" too, usually those along the lines of random third parties or hyper obscure characters, but for the most part I'm indifferent, I just want K. Rool, Wolf, and Ridley the most. Dixie too to a lesser extent.

-Clu Clu Land has some role in Nintendo history, and I believe that Bubbles was even playable in a GBA Donkey Kong game, but I'm not sure if she's noteworthy enough to get people to pay for her
-Quote's probably the most major indie character that I can think of, given that Cave Story has had multiple releases (physical and digital) across several Nintendo platforms, but that's not saying much)

No to Hades and Chorus Kids.
-I feel like there's enough Kid Icarus content as is. I get the justifications for things like including Dark Pit (though that still annoys me), or giving Kid Icarus more enemies in Smash Run than any two series combined, but I don't feel like any more Kid Icarus content is necessary.
-Chorus Kids were discussed a lot after Gematsu became a thing, but I see absolutely no reason why they should be included. From what I can tell, they're three kids who can sing, and that's it. If we're going to get a new series represented by a DLC character, I feel like Golden Sun, Custom Robo, Splatoon, Sin & Punishment, and the Wonderful 101 would make more sense in a fighting game, at the very least.
