The road to EVO2013 is coming to end very soon. With EVO's attendance at a record breaking 696 players for Super Smash Bros. Melee, players from all over the country are looking to go and play as many tournaments as possible. And why not, they want as much practice as they can get. Players from Maryland to Pennsylvania to Westchester, NY came to participate in CROSSFIRE Smash Tournaments' (CFST) first installment of WarZone.
So once again CLASHTournaments' Mew2King came and dominated another CFST event, this time taking first place in all four events with the help of Redd in Melee and Rolex in P:M. But the journey to the top wouldn't come easy for M2K. Players like MH DJ Nintendo, PBnJ, G$, The Moon, Hax$, Redd, Gallo, Eli, GuruKid, Leelue, and Rolex would all stand in his way before his victory. As the night came to an end, the hype did not especially during Winners, Losers, and Grand Finals for Melee and Project:M.
Thank you again to Rundas EXSTREAMS, Empire Gaming & Comics, and all those who attended to make this event as hype as it was. CROSSFIRE Smash Tournaments would like to wish luck to all the Melee players that are competing at EVO 2013.
