CENTRAL TEXAS POWER RANKINGS​

THE RULES

• You must currently live in Texas to be ranked.
• You must attend at least 3 Central Texas Tournaments(Including Weeklies) to be ranked.
• You must attend a Central Texas Regional tournament to be ranked(DIME, TLOC 1K, BG, CRT, Gravity, IDR, etc).
• Only Central Texas Tournament and National(to a lesser degree) results are considered for the PR
• If you are inactive for a ranking period(you do not enter a Central Texas Regional and at least 2 other Central Texas Tournaments), than you are moved to inactive and lose your rank.
• If you disagree with the PR, then get good and change it with results.

THE PR PANELISTS

• The PR Panel ranks players based on their Tournament Performance after the the end of a Ranking Period.
• Ranking Periods will be every 3 months(once per season).
• Panelists meet with other panelists and when helpful, other members of the Texas Melee Community to determine rankings.
• The purpose of the panel is to work out ranking order when prospective players are close in performance.

I've got a lot of respect for Dallas, but my salt was just awakened. This is my own fault for playing around on the internet. There will be a lot of disproving at dime 9 if I have my way.

Yeah as far as I'm concerned we've never had a crew battle, 3 ex-dallas players + 2 randoms (oracle is probably top 10 in dallas and denthorns solid but kindy rusty these days imo) doesn't make for a super legit representation.

A real 5v5 crew battle would be interesting (partly because I don't even know who would represent Dallas if we cut it off at 5), but I think SOS would hoist the rest of SA on his back and carry you guys to victory. Any deeper than 5 people and y'all get crushed though 100%

Bro, does Dallas even lift? I'm really trying to keep this in good fun but the saltwater is flooding out of me right now. The funniest part is two of San Antonio's best could come out of retirement and run track on the bottom half of this list, Dallas included. Don't wake up the beasts. I'm sorry if I offend, seeing as I started it. Just let it be known that no, as a whole, Dallas is not the superior region. God bless and good night.

If you remove our top player from the discussion, the skill level of Dallas' top 10 barely goes down at all. If you remove the top player from SA your top 10 list gets markedly worse. So as a whole? Yeah Dallas is better

I'm not trying to say you guys are bad or anything. Obviously SOS reps SA pretty hard, and you've got a handful of guys who are also solid players that are competitive with some of Dallas' better players, but the skill level in SA's top players drops way before it does in Dallas'.

To be fair Albert, that tournament wasn't taken into account this period. Things are going to be rough until the fall. This period included everything up to the beginning of march. The next period will include everything from the beginning of march up to August.
