Desktop (PCIe) or laptop (USB2 / USB3)?
If laptop, what chipset do you have? (Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle USB3 only works properly with Intel Ivy Bridge native USB3 and newer)
What TV / monitor and cables do you use / want to use?
The altogether best card is SC-512N1-L/DVI. But its price (200$ / 260$+ with passthrough daughterboard) might be more than you want to pay.
