Okay so let me try to paraphrase 'everything' as succinctly as possible.
1. Lucina does not have tipper hitboxes / effects on her attacks, the exceptions are
Down Smash: Down Smash tipper sends horizontally rather than vertically for both characters.
Down Air: Spikes at the same position Marth does, and deals extra damage than normal.
The alternative neutral-b customs, counter, and the various Up-Bs do not have tipper mechanics to them.
2. Lucina damage and knockback is roughly 12.5% higher than Marth's sourspots, with tippers having roughly 25% more damage and knockback than Lucina. This is not universal but just a general rule of thumb.
Hit stun scales with knockback, and no known knockback angle differences have been noted. One character is not easier or more consistent to combo with than the other.
3. Lucina is slightly shorter than Marth.
This means her reach on her attacks is slightly shorter in every way by a few pixels, this should not really matter 99% of the time. However, it is noticeable that her jab and forward smash will not hit people on Battlefield platforms very easily (or not at all) while Marth can.
4. Lucina does not have hitlag modifiers on her attacks while Marth does.
You can read up a proper explanation elsewhere, but in short Marth's sourspot attacks are made safer on shield due to a modifier that Lucina does not have, negating her extra damage advantage that would otherwise equate to more safety. Marth's sweetspot attacks are modified negatively for him, but the higher damage and shield knock back difference is pretty noticeable, still resulting in tippers/sweetspots being safer on shields than Lucina spacing at the same distance. The difference may not seem massive, 2-3 frames extra disadvantage for Lucina over Marth's sourspots, but that can be the difference between winning and losing.
Lucina is not easier to be aggressive with for this very reason.
Update: With the shield hit lag mechanics changed in patch 1.1.1, this point is no longer valid. Marth's tippers are now safer than Lucina's in every department, while Lucina's entire sword is safer than Marth's sour spots (as it should've been).
This detracts from Lucina having literal frame advantages on max spaced moves over Marth.
5. Lucina/Marth have different animation effects impacted by frame data buffs
Lucina slides from the use of her Up Tilt when she perfect pivots (since release).
Marth moves forward on subsequent actions if acting as fast as possible out of Forward Tilt and Up Tilt.
Furthermore, Lucina acts out of a footstool jump one frame slower than Marth (frame 49 vs 48), thanks @Masonomace
Everything else on Lucina isexactly generally the same as Marth, with Marth gaining several extra tipper scenarios.
I repeat: EVERYTHING ELSE. Anything else you've heard or assumed is likely WRONG or needs to be PROVEN with video evidence/easy to check observation to convince me (or anyone else) otherwise.
