We've got weekly friendlies hosted by our very own Nathan Elequin from 8-10:30 p.m. every Wednesday at 808 Speight Ave (right next to Baylor's Memorial Dining Hall).

It's a nice little venue with lots of headroom and seating. Everyone's got a good attitude, making it an excellent place to keep up with the familiar faces as well as newcomers to the Baylor/Waco Smash Coalition.

Nate's got two setups of his own guaranteed. Bring whatever setup(s) you can! Contact Nate if you plan on attending and/or bringing gear at 512-705-7989.

I encourage you to check it out. I highly doubt you'll be disappointed!

Lansharx contacted us about two of their Brawl discs missing. If you have any info about this, please contact me or Aldo or just simply return the discs if you have them.

Unfortunately, our relationship with Lansharx is damaged by this debacle.

Hey guys, friendlies at Chris' last night was SO MUCH FUN! I'm almost positive it was our biggest turnout for friendlies. It's great to see this scene growing, and, most of all, I like getting to have relationships in real with you guys. One day we won't have to crowd into some dude's apartment with like 4 chairs.

We're striving to be validated as an on-campus club so that the experiences are even better (and more comfortable).

Keep showing up to these things, and I, with the help the other Baylor/Waco Smash organizers, will continue to give you guys events!

Totally agree. Man, we must of had 30 people. Seriously, it was almost the size of our last tournament. I also think it was the most hype event that's been hosted. Everyone was screaming throughout the Baylor Vs. Waco crew battle. I'm also glad most of our big guns came out to support us in the crew battle.

Can't wait for Melee Kombat 2! Let's hope this one will top the next tournament and SmashFest!!

Hey I'm still relatively new to the smash scene and saw this thread. I recently moved to the Waco area 3 months ago from Georgia and I'm missing playing smash on a regular basis. Is there anything going on for melee or anyone to practice with or anything like that?

Hey, guys, I forgot to update this but if you guys are wanting to do some friendlies the day before the event, The managers at Hastings and some of us are going to be hosting a SmashFest at Hastings. It'll start at 5:00 PM. We'll have 2 set ups each for the following games:

Hey guys I just moved to Temple and see you guys have a good scene going on over in Waco that I'd like to get in on. Do you have weekly tournaments? Or anything coming up aside from 6/21's event? I play Smash 4 mainly but trying to get back into Melee and Brawl like I used to be.

We got two bi-weeklies, one for sm4sh and the other for PM man. Waco is a dead zone for brawl tho. But we got a strong melee scene going on here. We usually post our events and other related stuff on our facebook page (Waco Smash). Also, since you in Temple. Check out their sm4sh scene. Waco mainly PM and melee, But if you mainly sm4sh playa then you should check out your area. Hella sm4sh scene in Temple. They also got a facebook page too (Temple/Belton Smash).
