The Melee scene in Ottawa has recently been thriving. However, 64 has been dormant for some time, though it has recently been revived in Toronto due to the valiant efforts of pidgezero_one and the scene that has embraced the game. We hope to similarly bring new life into the Ottawa scene, while providing a vibrant tournament series for the existing Melee players.
Information
On August 30-31, Carleton University will be hosting a 64 and melee tournament in the River Building.
Venue: 1125 Colonel By Drive, River Building

VENUE FEE: NONE
64 SINGLES: 10$
64 DOUBLES: 10$ (For each team)
MELEE SINGES: 10$
MELEE DOUBLES: 10$ (For each team)
There will also be an Ottawa vs Toronto 64 Crew Battle, featuring many of both region's best players!
If you have any consoles, cartridges/disks or TV's, please bring them to the event. We want to have enough setups to have friendlies running though the whole event, even while the tournament is in progress.
Schedule
Venue will open at 8 or 9 for friendlies.
Melee Registration will start at 10:00, and end at 11:30 on Saturday
64 Registration will start at 12:00, and end at 1:00 on Saturday
Venue closes at 9:00.
Melee will probably be a single day event on the 30th, while 64 will be a two-day event.
