I've been looking for local tournaments and people to play but can't find anybody that's even close to Tulsa.

Same here man. The best group of people I can play with are a group of folks at a college I go to. Other than that, not much else.

You should try joining the Oklahoma Project M facebook page. (https://www.facebook.com/groups/541859482565869/). Basically everyone who plays some kind of Smash in Oklahoma is part of that group. There's also the Oklahoma thread here on Smashboards (http://smashboards.com/threads/oklahoma-thread-that-black-people-smell.109728/page-858). Unfortunately the highest concentration of Smashers seems to be in Norman, but I know for a fact that we have a number of people up in Tulsa who would love to play regularly. We also have semi-regular tournaments at PJ Gamer's (AllYourBase? Still confused on the name.) in Broken Arrow, so you definitely have options.
But yeah, you should definitely introduce yourself on the Facebook page so that people know who and where you are, and any tournaments that we'll be hosting/attending will be listed there as well. Good luck!

Yeah I just checked out the facebook page, and holy cow is it active. Theyve actually got a tourney going on early April, their first tourney as a matter of fact. I wont be able to attend due to school and work, but OP you might be able to. As soon as I get the time and money ill join them, sounds like fun

It's kind of an old tournament. Anyway the facebook page is great it's filled with so many people nearby too.
Tulsa smasher here as well.
I just went to tournament in Stillwater over the weekend, but the guys from PJ Gamers were there and they told me they do a PM tournament at least once a month out in Broken Arrow. I think their next one is April 12th. They haven't said anything officially about it, but keep looking for the announcement.

Also if you're looking for someone to just practice against, PM me your Wii Friend code and we can do some WiFi fighting.

I would but I don't have a Wii so the only time I get to practice PM is when I go to events. I'm trying to get netplay to work so I can practice on my computer.
