GGs to all you clowns that I faced. This tourney had a lot of sick competition.

Btw, not that Kels needs more money lol, but I think you guys may have shorted him about $10 for P:M singles. He should have gotten around $30 for second, and Kirk only $56 for 1st.

Kels - Someday I'll knock you out but putting you in losers makes me happy for now. Teams is always fun too.
MT- I think you play too much keep away & let people run into your stuff which isn't good for marth, otherwise you're pretty good. Stop letting game 1 battlefield happen, story/fountain is so much better for marth against spacies.

marth's neutral is about getting the opponent to commit first and then grabbing them. The 'keep out' stuff isn't as good because marth's moves don't have lasting hitboxes so despite his range there's a lot of holes that good movement characters can eat up.

It didn't work vs kels cuz he had the tech skill to punish it

there wasn't really a difference between GF sets from what I saw. I think he was on the wrong side of a fine line that led to bad habits

This was a fun tournament, great timing too. Thanks for hosting!

It was cool seeing everyone again (2006 Tink?!). I hope to come to these more often, but we'll see.

It was cool playing Atma and MT_, glad you guys made it out. It's always fun playing good sheiks / marths.

Hope to see you guys in WI next month. NBA Jam hype!
