I finally finished the picture.
There has been alot of waiting.. but this is the newest PR picture, of post APEX.
The PRE APEX PR is listed as: (I'm fairly sure this was the PR. I need the verification from Viper)

Explanations for the PR:
ESAM is obviously 0, nick riddle's wins over EVERYONE put him at 2nd. Ryo's records put him at 2nd (er, 3rd) and HRNUt's only losing to Riddle stuck him in his solid placing. MVD's beating of everyone's *** besides the people above him with the exception of one los to shaky and 2 to seibrik put him at 4th. The Mampam - Seibrik area was very hard to figure out. What we ended up deciding was that Mampam's wins over ryo 2x along with his other wins were "weighed" higher than shaky and seibrik's wins. Even though seibrik has a winning record on MVD, he has a losing one to 8bitman... and Shaky didn't lose to anyone bad but also didn't beat anyone "weighed" especially high. The GDX, Viper, Kyon area should be fairly easy to understand. GDX has wins on Kyon 2x and Ryo, he wins the head to head against Viper, who has wins over kyon 2x and GDX who was on the PRE Apex PR (as you can see above). As for Kyon, his wins above jeff and Ed kept him in his solid placing.
