    Howdy there! I actually made it in photoshop. It's a mashup of Sheik's SSB4 character render and Zelda's OoT costume render from Hyrule Warriors. I had to recolour Zelda's render to make her dress pink like in Melee, which wasn't too difficult. Then I just put them together and filled in the background accordingly. Let me know if there's anything you want made -- I'm not much of a photoshop pro but I can try my best.
