Well this is the first post of the spring uk tourney to be held by me and the GMC crew.
sorry bout the bad name but if anyone can think of a better one let me know.
wll i dont know what date to hav it on but i will be between 27th of jan and 18th of feb. if there are any preferences let me know and we can sort out the best suitable date.
obviously it will be over a saturday and sunday.
the tourney rules will be the useall system £5 entry fee for singles and £5 for doubles.
as for crews there no fee for that but its up to the crews if they wanna mm or anything.

I doubt we'll have any problem with this, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. Bring your own controller. I have none spare and I doubt anyone else will bring extras. Rapid-fire, Modified, Mad-Cats and Logic 3 controllers are illegal. Please only tournament legal controllers here.

It's also been brought to my attention how unfair the random pool system thing is so people will be seeded for this. There will be 2 group of seeds, Top and high. Each pool will contain one from each group. The rest will be assigned randomly. Seeds are yet to be announced.

ALL ITEMS OFF.
The semi finals will be best of 5 and the finals will be best of 7
Characters:
1st Game: Any and all characters can be chosen. If any disagreements arise, double-blind character selection will be used. (For those that don't know, this basically means you both tell a neutral judge which character you will use to prevent counter picking)
2nd Game onwards: Loser of the previous game can choose to either pick the stage the next game will be played on from the allowed stages list, or force your opponent to pick their character first. If you force your opponent to choose character, the stage will be randomised.
IN NO CASE CAN A BANNED STAGE BE PLAYED

Crew Registration
You must register your crew before the tournament.
You will have 3 or 4 members plus 1 Captain.
To register your crew please PM me and list all 4 or 5 members, which one is Captain and of course, your crew name.
*Each Crew will have 20 stock which is to be shared evenly amongst it's members.
*Before any Crew match, both Captains will write down all members of their crew and the characters they are using. These are to be handed to a neutral adjudicator to ensure fair play.
*The Captain will choose who is to play and when although he/she may discuss it with his/her crew.
*After any game in a crew battle, the winner must commit suicide until their stock matches the amount of stock they finished the last game with. Both players are then to run to opposite sides of the stage. Then the game will begin. DO NOT DAMAGE YOUR OPPONENT ON THE WAY.
*If any mistakes are made, re-start the match.
The Crews will start at the end of the saturday and play on through sunday, this is to make sure all crews get to play each other. I'll be keeping a running record of wins and will announce all crews and their placements on the sunday. In case of a tie, the crew who has had the most stock total left after their battles will win.
