Initiation is over. I hope everyone enjoyed playing as much as i did hosting. Everyone was really cooperative and this was a great tourney overall. If anyone has any helpful suggestions please drop them here. Results are below and shout outs are taken here. Most Importantly - To XplayGround - Thanks so much for the awesome venue and easy going attitude, i've been to a lot of tournies at "similar" locations throughout the south. And frankly, they suck *** by comparison. Gamers Asylum is this place's *****. For anyone that didn't come out, you'd better come next time, its worth the food alone :). 8 Inch pizzas and a coke for 5 bucks. In all honesty, i didn't think the food would be nearly as good as it was. Thanks a lot Larry for letting us have this and giving GA a place to finally have steady tournaments.

South Carolina - Thanks a ton for coming down. I'm so glad that XPG's first tourney had out of state support (don't forget reflex lol). I wish holymarth would have came too, everlasting yay also. If all of you guys are ever together, we'll do a real GA v. SC match, monies too, but we'll come to you XD


Co_and_Me - good **** with mike in teams. YOU HAVE TO COME OVER MORE! ME AND BOBBY NEED TEAMS PRACTICE. Wish you would have stayed for singles it was too fun. oh well though gotta do what you gotta do. Did you do that money match with gerbil? I played an ultra cheap fox ditto and managed to get a 42 percent 4 stock

Bobby - Bobby owned, straight up, i think the last end of the tournament was the best bobby or I have played in a while. I'm glad you won though, cause i wasn't feeling fighting peach today and you managed to take a stock from mike. That **** was sick. I told Larry to get a VCR so the next tourney will be recorded. For anyone that missed those matches you all are ***** because it was absolutely mind **** ing. See you when i open my door in a few minutes.

Happy- Good **** on 4th place and on beating reflex. Thats a really hard match v. his boozer. Nice matches ni losers bracket with me and thanks for coming down. Oh, that kid i was thinking of that lived closed to you was ryuko thunder? or something like that, he plays sonic, you should look into it, hes on the frappr thing

Reflex - I hereby ordain you as INITIATION MVP. You got 4th seed in pools, with bowser, and managed to pull 5th place overall in singles, with bowser. Way to show foxes whose boss, good **** man, nice mind games for real.

Michael Googenheimer - No surprises here, mike g. is a beast. Good **** mike thanks for coming down and hopefully we can get more matches in. You weren't on your best game, but it was good enough. get a better controller =P and i still have a bunch of sheik questions. You did some crazy **** that you probably don't remember on mute city haha. We'll have vids next time. let me know when you are working down this way. GA is getting too good :) Enjoy the cash and the shirt. Btw man. XPlayGround only took out like 65 dollars of the entire pot, singles and doubles. Thats rediculously nice of them. I now will call myself the best young link in the south east(Im already the best Young Link in GA certainly). Since nobody has beaten me at a Young Link ditto since Smash Aid(At Smash Aid, It was RC who beat my Young Link..but I came back at this tourney to defeat his YL), I am now the best in the south east. lol.

GA_Wes: Great job on organizing this. XPG is an awesome place to have a tournament. Your Zelda in the crew battle was hard for me to approach, more less take the last stock off... and with Pichu no less! :laugh: Krystal has such great food. Wish there were a few around here.

RC: Yall may not have won, but yall still did pretty **** good in teams. Your CF has definately gotten better lately. You & Sean had me laughing on the way home about as hard as you had Reflex laughing during the friendlies. Hope to see you again soon. MikeG: Great job on the win over Bobby. Your Peach has gotten far more impressive since SAVII. I couldn't get a single stock off of you, guess that just gives me more reason to keep trying to get better.

Bobby: Good games man. Your Jigglypuff is just too good. You owned my Marth in the pools, and destroyed my Mario and Jiggly in the first round.

Lee: Your Fox is mad impressive, keep it up.

fun tourny. lots of close matches, im glad i came. those were some fun matches blake, wes, lee, rflx, mike, lajin, alpha and anyone else i played.

ill try to come to some tournys more often, just have to get lee, carter, and greg to go, and that can be hard.

GAWes - OK so you managed to 4 stock me at low %... once... punk ***. :P I had fun though, you have got to show me the trick behind it all, because I seem to be missing something. Nice job running the thing smoothly, the TVs and set-ups rocked. See you at 4 Stocked. (Also, I kinda forgot to take my fliers with me XD but hey! everyone else got to get a good look since you can't miss them lol)

co_and_me - hmmmm nice MM you shocked me bad. I had been anticipating a Samus/Ness/Pichu combo, not no **** Falco/Fox lol. I felt horrible when I didn't notice you had picked Falco and just went for FD... ugh I'll pay attention to the character more often now though. Anyways, good stuff, wish you could've stayed for singles.

Reflex - DUDE WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GET ALL THAT SKILL SO FAST!?! It's like, just a week before, I had been putting fear right into you and then BLAM I get it turned around on me. But it's cool.... you still have to three stock me to keep that promise XD

X2X/Alpha - Yeah we were gayed in teams. I choke our first match-up, and you feel to nice to kill anyone in our second lol. That would've been cool as hell if I could've pulled off that 2v1 in the end. (Next time I'll offer RC a Bawls to distract him lol) But meh also don't sweat on losing to me and Reflex... you had an off day was all... OK so maybe Reflex just got better, but you'll be back 4 stocking him in no time. (No Johns for losing to ME though!)

Laijin - I seem to remember at SA:VII I was keeping pace with you, but you've obviously improved a lot. Come to 4 Stocked, we'll have a rematch. :) (P.S. it's hard to improve mindgames with noone good in the area to play... *looks away from Alpha and Reflex* :P)
Flashiness is easy to improve on CPUs.

Blake - Thanks for the bit of advice, I just seem to choke when playing on a higher level. I'll have to get around that. I am a very technical fox player, I just need the mindgames. No johns.

Mike G - Way to beast it up. Saw the Sheik and Doc work, very nice. Just more characters to add onto your friggin list. Guess we'll have a black Azen soon enough XD.

112 - Always saw you, but this is the first time I think we actually had to play in a serious match. Always looking forward to future matches.

Chewie - We didn't get to play, but still always fun talking to you. Show up at 4 Stocked and we'll play there.

Holy Marth - Dragon Con wtf?... SC needed you!

RC - First time I actually played you, again your space animals are better than your Marth imo. Keep working on him, but good **** none the less.

Prof X - Kirby huh? I've seen some killer Kirbys, and you have the potential. It's not tech skill you need to work on per say, but the mind games. Just remember, don't fall for the simple mind games, those are the *****es lol.

Pete - G&W + Zebes = ownage.... 'nuff said lol.

Other peeps I played but forgot names (which would be the rest of you, cause I'm sure I played everyone except Chewie) Had fun, glad to see some improvement from not just myself but others, hope everyone keeps practicing. AGAIN COME TO 4 STOCKED!

Its amazing how much I got better between this and smash aid. I literally have not played a human that I could not 4 stock. So..i've literally gotten better just by simply watching videos of Young Links that are better than me xD
I just need more Fox, Falco and Shiek practice. Hopefully i'll get to play Wes, Bobby and Co_and_me alot more often..since all three of them are around me. Im pretty sure that if I play them enough, it'll certainly help me out alot.

Eh...stuff that involved seeing a friend one last time before he left for boot camp instead of going back home one night. I don't regret it, and I'm off restriction now, so it's all good.

Let's see who I can remember to shout out for...I didn't really do a variety of stuff at the tournament, honestly...

GAwes: Much kudos for organizing this. It was infinitely awesome; I'm looking forward to another. XPlayGrounds owns so hard, on so many levels.

TRC: Heh...way too much to talk about here. You were probably the most entertaining part about friendlies at Initiation. It was too much fun screwing around. Lots of random inside jokes and the like. Really cool guy to be around.

X2X: Thankies for the ride; it was fun. Sidequests for the win! Seriously though, we had some good matches, IMO; you shouldn't have beat yourself up over it. At the very least, though, you learned some of my newer tactics, and my biggest weapon is the surprise factor...you'll be back to beating me soon, I bet...

Blake: Very fun set; I don't regret losing to you at all. Now at least I know that Green Greens is a good stage for Fox. I should have went Mute City, heh. Anyway, great matches; hope to play you again in the future.

EVIL_Peach18 (Sorry, it's just more fun to hear it that way) : You have a certain air that makes me feel confident. Granted, I haven't beaten you yet, but your conversation in the area makes me feel better for some reason. I was actually really hoping to take you in at least one match. I'll just have to keep practicing. Once again, really cool guy; hopefully you'll be at Get 4 Stocked.

Laijin: Very hot YL stuff. If you could finish me a little earlier; you'd really screw me over. Fun matches, cool guy; I'm pulling for you in this "Best Young Link in the area" thing.

The Simpsons arcade machine: You pwn. Enough said. You made time fly by in a way that only old-school beat 'em up games can. I had too much fun with you; hopefully next time I'll be able to play with more people in an entire game. Once again, Homer Simpson for Brawl.
