Good spit guys. Congrats to WoZ for taking the number 1 spot this month. It was a fun event. Attendance was a little on the low side but it allowed people a lot of time to do friendlies so it wasn't all bad. April and I sucked in teams :( next time we should do a few warm up matches, but no johns. WoZ, Emblem Lord and Sensei all split the prize money but were still honorable enough to actually play through all their matches with a lot of intensity. Tipo captured some of the semifinal and final matches on tape so we should see them sometime soon. Great event guys, let's keep it going for August!

I got 5th place in the 1v1 remeber? When Raptor Hawk was sent to the losers bracket he would get 5th place if he lost to me but he didn't so I got 5th.

imo the best kotc event i've been to so far. Lots of tv's and lots of space. Tournament ran very smoothly and we still had time for friendlies in the beginning.

steve-good games man, we played a bunch of friendlies. I think you're pretty good, don't underestimate yourself.

nintendude-it was fun playing with you. You are real good with a lot of characters. You were beating me in friendlies w/ peach but then you only played with her once in the tournament matches against me. Anyway you probably know who you're best with so I won't say you shoulda used peach in the other matches too :)

tyler(?)(not sure if thats your name, but the kid who used shiek vs my bowser)-Wow those were some intense matches. It really came down to the wire with you winning the first two matches and then me winning three in a row. And all the games were real close too. Seriously, I was sweating for real haha. I think you beat me at the kotc before this one so don't feel too bad. Just think, if it was best out of 3 this time you woulda won after game 2 ;). We definitely need to play more next time we meet up.

tipo-don't be dissin on bowser man, especially after you couldn't beat me once all day and I three stocked your marth and 2 stocked your falcon. Bowser is really underestimated so don't just go by what you read in tier lists and how people say character matchups go.

alex o-gg's. You're good with the rests. I espescially liked the one where you flew to where I was running away after a missed whirling fortress. Your wall of pain is really hard to get past, in the end I lost my cool because of it and started to do stupid stuff to see if it might work, guess not lol.

raptorhawk-it was nice to see you're still alive lol. gg's.

do-man i really was rooting for you in your teams battle vs woz and emblem. You did real good, good job. Its too bad WoZ of pain > wall of pain lol.

Well just to let you know that me and Do (O&Do) eleminated Woz and EL from the winners bracket.

UGH twice I had to face EL's Marth in a 1v1 in the 2v2 and I lost both of them. Do would get ko'ed and then It was me against Woz and EL. Woz would do the woz of pain and EL would stay back and hit me with a tipper if I got in the range. I was able to kill off woz but EL's Marth is just too good.

Oh and I think Woz has learned that you shouldn't pick Falco when you are facing 2 Jigglypuffs. ;)

Woz and EL had teamwork in our rematch me and do didn't do enough good teamwork.

Cause of our sneaky rollouts if Woz or EL saw one of us charching he would tell his teammate to jump out of the way. :( There goes that move... And me and Do acidently killed eachother alot. Do grabed the opponent and I came to rest him and I ended up resting Do instead of the other guy. :psycho:

9th place? Not bad at all considering it was my first real tournament (real, as in the people were actually good). Mud's Bowser is too good :laugh:

Anyway, this tournament was lots of fun. I had some great friendlies with lots of players and I had some really close matches in the tournament (especially against Tyler and Mud). It felt good being the only true ICs player there :)

That was a good tournament, TSA owned it. In fact almost half the tournament was TSA. EL and WoZ you guys are too good, one day I'll beat you in a match. Had alot of fun playing friendlies with everyone. Joe and April you guys scared me and copy during doubles. Cant wait till the next one.
