-02:00 Uhr: Bed Time (Sleep time, which means you can basically stay up if you want, as long as you’re QUIET)

02.08.06, Wednesday:

-11:00: Time to get up
-12:00: Teams
-16:00: Crews

Fees:

The entry fee will be 20€. This will be for the venue, TV´s and beamer+ you will get 4,5 L water and 1,5 L lemonade. The rest will be in the pots of singles, teams and low tier.


General Information:

When you go by train you need to take the bus to Wittlich ZOB (Line ???, 1,55 per ride). There someone will pick you up or we will set up some things.
If u are hungry you can go to McDonalds, Subway, some supermarkets and a snackbar (...). There will be no kitchen or showers, but a bathroom is available.
If you want to smoke please go outside or in a secondary room with the windows open. Alcohol is ok, but keap it in measure, any kind of drugs are forbidden,
so are mass trashtalking and stuff like that. Be carefull with stuff from other people, and if something happen go to an crew member and tell him what
happened.

Because of some problems at the last tournament to maindoor will only be opened at:

Lol we have chosen the name because of a kind of legend about Wittlich.

Le´me tell you this story XD:

Wttlich was attacked by an enemy. The guard didn´t find the bolt for the gate, so he took a carrot and he used it as a bolt. But in this night a pig ate the carrot, so the enemy came into the town. The people from Wittlich didn´t know which pig has eaten the carrot, so they burn all the pigs. Today it´s a big event in Wittlich every year, in german it´s called "Säubrenner Kirmes". There are a lot of attractions like in a theme park.

do you think we could play the teams tournament in 4 hours? In my opinion we should start the crews one hour later and we should plan one hour more for the Teams...

will there be any pools for example at the singles tournament?

so how many people are coming? if like, 32 people are coming, you could have 8x 4-people-poolswith the top 2 advancing into a 16 man bracket. pools >>> large bracket ^^

lol @ german smashers. this is how it works in the rest of the world :p
of youre not on of those 13 you'll have to get one of those other 3 slots. besides the bad people get to play more matches this way than in brackets because with reasonable seeding they'll be kicked out of brackets instantly anyway.

I agree with BF... 8x 4 ppl pools sounds good... I think It would be the best thing to do... If they don't want to play the singles they should have to pay the singles fees, too so they must play or they can give up... It's a shame that ppl who are coming to a tourney don't pay for the singles... Why are they going to a tournament?
