6.24.06 Comments: Awesome event guys, despite the lack of space. After this event I am considering revising the rules, not just for the game but for the overall tournament. You guys can check out the NEW KOTC thread here (http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?p=1507028#post1507028). I will be most likely updating the rules over the next few days so keep checking that link :p. Overall I was impressed with the matches and skill involved at this event. We had some great upsets and some intense fights. Congrats to Wes for taking the top spot. Aho gets a big congrats to for almost making a great comeback to get first. It went to 4th match second set, and ended with Aho airdodging off the edge :(. Very intense matches, and it sucked that it had to end to anti-climatically. And don't worry about the spacing issues. I have talked to the managers and I'm gonna be personally making sure that these problems don't happen again. But yea post shoutouts HERE and post new tourny stuff in the new thread.

6.3.06 Comments: Great event guys. Things went by very smoothly. Sorry if I missed you name in the teams, I lost the sheet with everyones name on it :-/. But anyway get ready for the next event on the 24th. I talked to Rod and it looks like the gamefest will either be the 18th (right after Gauntlet) or the 30th. I'm pushing for before the next event though. Also it seems likely that any players who attended this event who also goto the next event will recieve a sponsored gift (Geltabs, Gamer Graffix, tshirts, etc) We are still sorting out what prizes to give away more info as it comes.

Hmm. I went from 9th to 7th to 5th in singles. Improvements! =D

But in teams me and LK went from 3rd to two 4th places. We gotta step it up! =O

My losses came from Wes and Ryoko.

Wes - Surprisingly, my Ganondorf did better than my Sheik against you. Sheik sucks, go G-dorf! You were the first person I ever played better than myself back in November and you opened my eyes to the real Smash scene, and you seem to do that to me every time I face you in tourny, which has been like...literally seven times now or something. I'll get you yet!

Ryoko - Too good. If you weren't out of practice, a first place win would have been possible for a Peach like yours. Practice up and place higher next time, bro.

Team Arlington - You guys always make tournaments fun and challenging. Chinesah's Fox wrecked me harder than Chillin's, M2K's, or KoreanDJ's. No idea why. Maybe it's his style. Either way, we gotta play more, Chinesah, so I can get used to that Fox style. Good sh!t, Aho. I saw that my main man LK gave you a really hard time with his Roy, but you managed to beat it. I need to be gay and use Sheik or Peach to beat that Roy.

Lord Knight - Why are black people so good at Smash? Keep improving and it won't matter how hard your bracket is, you'll win 'em all regardless. We did excellent in teams and might have placed third had I not messed up.

Magus - Stop being so inconsistent. =( Enter singles sometime and mess people up with your Jiggs plz. Thanks for the ride there.

Doyoung, Athrun, Kira, + everyone else that improved since I played them last - Keep on practicing. You'll beat me yet! =D

Sensei - Looks like we're 1-1 now. Can't wait until next time,

Ace Marth - You'll definitely a little better than me, but Sheik just gays Marth too hard. You got me the first match, but then I played horribly gay with needles and shiz. =/ I can see why you won that Zenith. Keep improving.

Can someone tell me why im so bad at this game? To all good job, TA next time you come up bring MEGA, lol you have to convince me that this guy is real.
And I took it easy on Wes, I counter his Samus, even though I obtain an 0-5 record against him.
LK your Roy counters Marth, and hopefully next time you bring out the samus, Chinesah gotta fox ditto you or Marth vs fox, either one. Magus your jiggs is too good. rapes my marth. lol dot eater i sticks wit my top tier, lmao. to everyone else i played and left out sorry but great job. Muz training paid off man, great matches fleur.

not the best event but still good stuff, despite the tvs being split into 2 sections which made talking with people very hard and cramped. Definitely missed having pools as its a chance to play more people :/
I also lost to wes and ryoko, those were fun games, i wish i gave a better challenge though heh. my mind was kinda numb though after the longest matches facing 2 great samuses-Alex Triad and Fleur, that was some intense stuff. samus dittos suck though, its all about spamming missiles bleh, doesn't really prove anything.
TSA and TA are Too Good(tm). we should definitely crew battle for fun, you guys are great smashers to hang out with + got mad skills.
i got a chance to play alot of new people, which was great. soup, velocity, aho, and everyone else, great stuff. nice playing magus, lk, and alex o again too, you guys surprised me with the characters you're picking up.
