The tournament dates are 26 and 27 august.
This tournament will be hold in Brabant, in Etten-Leur (next to Breda and Roosendaal)

the NEW venue is the cantine of my sisters ponyclub. there is food and drinks and nextdoor is a pub. what more do you need?
edit: my dad is the barkeeper that day. THANK HIM FOR THE VENUE!!!

for housing... my mom finaly agreed on letting people sleep in the house, because she will be at my grandmother.
we can set some TV's in the livingroom to play. next morning breakfast will be aranged.

The Rulezz

The New Order Tournament is a 2 day event. The entry fee for the venue will be €10,-
this will be for both days.
(if you only come one day you still have to pay €10,-)

SATURDAY

Main Tournament
1 vs 1:

First there will be the pouls. (not sure yet how many, depends on how many people there are)
points will be earned in best of 3 matches. 1 point per win. No points can be earned in the third match if someone wins twice in a row. third match shall not be played.
After Pouls it's Double Elimination, best of 3.
Best of 5 from quarter finals.
Best of 7 for winner's finals.
for all battles: 4 Stock, 8 minutes Stocktime
If the timer runs out, the player with the most stock left wins. In case of a stock tie the player with the lowest percentage wins (so the Sudden Death does not count in this case). In case of a percentage tie the Sudden Death is played.
Items are off.
First match in a set, the stage is either agreed upon or random. All further matches within a set, the loser of the previous match gets to pick the stage. However, if a stage has already been played in a set it can only be played a second time if the winner of the previous match agrees to play it again.

That leaves just 6 stages on random select:

the red ones will be banned for the whole tournament.

The loser of a match may choose from all stages (except the red ones)
the same stage can not be played in a row. however it may be picked a second time if the winner agree's (so it only counts for the 6 basic stages)

The first match of a set both players are allowed to pick character, all following matches only the loser of the previous match is allowed to switch character if he wants to. The winner of the previous match must remain the same character.
And finally, stalling tactics such as Peach bombering or rising pound are banned unless when used for recovery.

Crew Tournament:

A crew will exsiste out of 4 or 5 members.
each crew will get 20 stock to devide among the members.

I don't give a fock about making sheets about showing the other crew which characters will be used and who will play first. It will speed up thing a lot if the crew decides who to fight next and just pick a character when both players are seated.

*note: crew members shall not select another member once one has been picked and had taken his seat. (due to the "NO WAY im fighting him if he chooses that character!! YOU take him!!")

All matches will be selected by random. The same stage cannot be played twice in a row, but can be played more than once in a set.

Whichever crew loses all of their stock first, loses.


The Crew Fights:

The first two players will fight eachother. the winner of that match will keep seated and the crew with the loser will pick another player to fight.
when this match begins, the winner of the last match will suicide untill he has the same amount of stock he had at the end of the last match.
the other player will just stand still and is not allowed to charge any kind of special attack. (needles, ShadowBall, Energy Shot, DK's super punch)
harming eachother before the winner of the last match is ready with suiciding, is not allowed.

Team Tournament:

Team attack is on.
A small Stage change will occure. on the stages Fountain of Dreams and Mute City, lag will take please because of all the action of players and the background of the stage. therefor these 2 stages will be banned for both random pick aswel as counter pick.
All other rules are the same as 1 vs 1.

Entry fee: €20,-

Lol ik heb zin in low tier, laatst was de soft G-unit aant oefenen in teams en schoen speelde met een vriend van Jip en Aart die zijn stock kwijt was toen Jip en Aart er allebei nog 1 met lage procenten hadden. Zij waren aant tierwhoren met Falcon en Peach ofzoiets en schoen was motherfakking gangster bumbelbee Ness met toen al 70-80 procent, en die ging niet dood lol :P Ness is zo'n gangster met zijn honkbalknuppel tipperde hij zo de laatste uit zn techroll. En Zelda gaat 50-50 met Jip zn Peach wat ook sexy is, en roze yoshi is er voor de blits. Oftewel, met een beetje geluk word ik geen laatste :P

mensen gaan er gelijk van uit dat ik ook een low-tier toernooi doe... nu moet ik wel :p
ik was eigelijk van plan om een ander soort uit te testen. een toernooi dat je echte skills test met alles.
met alles stages random, alle items random (op very low) en alle characters random. elke match heb je aan andere random character dus.
(het aantal gevechten zoals de andere toernooien.)
compleet random. dus mss krijg je een stage dat je goed ligt met dat bepaalde character, of krijg je een item waar je wat leuke dingen mee kan doen.
