I have no idea what this kind of file is could someone elaborate? And am I able to convert it to a wmv file?

Are you familiar with ZIP files and how they hold files inside? RAR is the same kind of thing... only different. XD

Go to Google and search for WinRAR. That program should extract any files that are inside.
