Hello. I am working on a project which I won't reveal too much about except that it's called "Parka Pwnage". :)

I need to know how I can change the resolution of my video in Adobe Premiere Pro. Basically it is set to 720x480 but a lot of the videos I'm using for material are at lower resolutions and as such do not fill up all of the space in the frame, if you understand what I mean. So I need to reduce the resolution of my video. How would I do this? Thanks.

You'll need to make a new project to change the video resolution.

If you go to 'New Project', check the tabs at the top left. Go from 'Load Preset' to 'Custom Settings' and change the resolution in there.

Awesome. Thanks a lot, Silv.

EDIT: I have one more question... is there a way to do the opposite and increase the resolution of the videos that are too small? i.e. Stretch them so they take up the whole space?

EDIT 2: Okay, I think I solved this problem. In case anyone wants to hear the solution, you have to Project -> Project Settings -> General and check "Scale clips..."
