wmm lagging

i filming a video on wmm and sometimes it lags during some parts.wat can i do to fix it?

!) Get a better editing program.

2) If the uncompressed video lags, the video itself is screwed up. Can't fix that.

3) If, the uncompressed video doesn't lag, and when exported it lags, try different quality settings/codecs (if wmm even has codecs).

4) If that didn't work, resort back to step 1.
