View Full Version : Ganons Bag
On the sandbag with Ganondorf, people generally do the bat drop to spike thing, then the warlock punch. But doesnt the up tilt attack have more knockback after like 110 damage or something. Is that a better choice or am i making this up?

Dude, the HRC players have gone through all possible strategies and ran it through AR over and over. The scores we have now are probably the best possible scores we can get.
I know that, im wondering why the up tilt isnt better than the warlock punch in this situation.
It's not man... I've tried both method and I can say Utilt really blows. The only time where it's usefull is to kill poor dumb jigglypuff and why he's send so far ? Just because he's lightweight.
B > Utilt

I think it's because utilt takes too long and it sends them more vertical than horizontal.

the b move has hidden angles that give higher KB than the uptilt.

i think it is because with the b you can do reverse warlock punch, but you cant do reversed up tilt
utilt is stupid..it will send bag higher..not at diagonal speed..higher diagonal gets nowhere..it has to be like 50/60 degree angle..

Plus, it takes a bit longer to charge, so even if it did send Sandbag farther overall, you could always maybe get a quick attack in that you couldn't if you U-tilted.

But you only need to have started your final hit before the ten seconds is up, not finished it. So you can get the same amount of attacks in, because even if you just started charging the Volcano Kick as the timer ran out, the move would continue to be carried out after you lost control of Ganondorf at the end of the tenth second.
