Doc vs Infinite Shine

My friend claims to have finally gotten this down, and I dont know how Ill be able to play against it. Ive played good Fox's before, but none that could do the infinite shine, what exactly should I do?

Well, the best thing you can probably do is just mash up + B. So, if there is any chance of you gettig out for a second, the button mashing should cover it.

don't worry, only stages with walls doc can be infinite shined, don't hold down, pretend you're fighting a peach, don't hold down unless going up, pill rush him, play mind games, so what if he can infinite shine, heck i can waveshine better than most of my friends but i have the worst fox....by a long shot

Well, Doc cannot be infinite drill shined, but if you are talking about waveshine > waveshine > waveshine then I wouldn't worry about it that much. He can only do this like 3-4 times at most on FD, plus he has to do perfect waveshines plus a few steps forward to keep you stuck in this one. He won't be able to do it with the pressure of a match. Don't worry about it. It is highly unlikely that your friend can do perfect waveshines everytime.

Unless your on a stage with a wall don't be worried :\..and if you are be cautious Tech like hell if he gets you near it..and i doub't he can do it consistantly

Ill give a report after the weekend, apparently he says he can waveshine, says hes been practicing like all hell, at about 4-5 hours everydat after school... So, I dont know what he can do and how consistently can do those things, but whatever the case, if I have to, Ill bring out my IC's, Luigi, or Mario, and show him whos boss.

just DI away from the fox when he's shining you..

shield + UP+B

or just UP+B constantly until you can get out..seriously.

grab him after, throw him backwards off the stage, then cape/smash forward/GG

if you are playing on corneria, and he somehow rigges the game to infinate shine using shine > jump > shine (notice it's not shine >wd > shine) you can still techroll out of it and run to a non wall area

if u actually get shined, DI farther away so he can't shine u again.

Doc may not be drill kick shined into infinity but my buddy can drill kick me forever, is there anyway to get out of that?

just hold away from him and hold L or R. Not only does this prevent waveshine->waveshine, it also blocks the dreaded waveshine->upsmash.
