May I ask where I can find some Video/Audio Capture Cards for cheap. I'm on a $90 budget (thanks to my mom) and I want one to make some vids. Can anybody help?

Well, this isn't exactly a card but it works: USB capture device (http://www.usbgear.com/computer_cable_details.cfm?sku=USBG-VX3&cats=125&catid=614%2C125)

After shipping charges and everything, it comes out to about $70 and it includes editing software. :)
