Lately, I've been having difficulty reaching the stage's edge (using Ganon's ^B). I get relatively close to grabbing the edge but on my descent, It is just barely out of my reach. I also noticed a difference between Ganon and Falcon ^B. Falcon continues forward when he falls and Ganon seems to fall straight down after reaching his peak (or even lose distance). I tap the control stick all the way in the direction that I am recovering in so I don't know what else I can do to influence my recover. Please help me, I'm on the verge of mastering Ganondorf and it's the last thing I need to do it.

Well, if you don't use down-b to recover, that will help. You get your second jump back after using it in the air. Other than that, Ganondorf is very easily edge guarded.

Falcon seems to 'reach out' for the ledge I know what u mean. Ganon has AMAZING recovery though. You should just go to training mode and practice sweet spotting ganons UpB upon return so you don't have this problem anymore. I don't know why out of all things, someone who is "on the verge of mastering Ganondorf" is having issues with his recovery of all things...>.>

You are jumping in between each Wizard's Foot, right? Because if you're just down-b'ing over and over, yeah, you're gonna die. Each time you use Wizard's Foot in the air, you get your second jump back, so it should go down-b -> jump -> down-b -> jump... et cetera. If you need to get some extra horizontal or vertical distance to hit the ledge, use the up-b Dark Dive. Of course, if you already knew that... I don't know what to tell you.

You cannot just sweetspot with ganon's u-b since it travels so much you'll have to fall considerably. Any experienced player will see this and instantly edgehog. It's best to try to double jump towards the edge but that isnt always possible. The next best thing is edge teching and it still isn't 100% sure that you'll make it back with that stock.
