I DID IT! Pikachu Classic High Score: 1million!

Woohoo! I finally did it! I finally managed to get 1million in classic! Very Hard, 2 lives left, and did it fast enough to face Master Hand and Crazy Hand at Final Destination! Freakin' crazy!
I did this because I felt like my skill can be shown in numbers, and Classic Mode was the best way to do it. I feel way more confident now. And I did it as Pikachu! What's everyone elses highscore?

Um, congradulations? That doesn't really prove much, but I guess it's some sort of accomplishment And it's not how fast you do it that determines if you face both Hands, it's the difficulty...

Thanks U-Dog, I apprciate it. I am not able to go to tournys so the best way for me to exert my skill is to get as high as I can in Classic. I know some of you think that big deal but getting 1 mil is easier said than done. And to N1c2k3, it's both time and difficulty to face both hands. You have to get to Master Hand and reduce his life in half within 8 minutes from start in order to face Crazy. Doing that in Very Hard is, well, very hard. Master Hand is a cheaper ******* than he was before. His rocket take-off is enough to know you off at 0%! Then add Crazy. You should try it yourself.

I thought you could only fight crazy hand on normal difficulty....shows how much i know about single player mode lol.

Congrats on your score though. I cant do it because I use c-stick in normal play A LOT so playing single player really screws me up. My score is like 980,000 around that area, Id have to check to make sure. Maybe I'll try breaking a million one day when I'm bored. Word of advice though if you want to hone your skills you really shouldnt do it playing computers...specially not in single player mode. It will give you some really bad habbits. Trust me I know lol.

Um... I do agree in that 1,000,000 is a good achievement, but the fact is that youcould probably easily predict the computer's actions, thus allowing linear strategies that could be easily beaten. Just remember, the computer's strategies are nonexistant if humans play you.

Yeah, you can predict computer players and even lour them into traps, the same can be done to humans as well as cpus. But it's not the difficulty of the computers, it's the over all ability of getting through all obstecles with speed, accruacy, and skill to reach the appointed goal. My goal was 1 million. Try to get 1 million yourself. It's easier said than done.
