We have created a new room called Forum Disputes (http://smashboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=108) for the purpose of resolving disputes and other issues that you may encounter in your experience on SWF. You may post these issues in this room instead of PMing a specific administrator.
This room is unlike any other in that you can only see the threads that you create. No one other than Senators and Administrators will be able to see the threads you create, allowing you to be open in your posts and ensuring confidentiality.
The room is located near the bottom of the main page, above the Rubbish Bin. This announcement (http://smashboards.com/announcement.php?f=108&announcementid=64) goes into greater detail about the room itself and should answer most of your questions.
