Alright everybody, this is a thread for smashers who live in or around the New Mexico area to discuss upcoming tourneys, discuss opinions, or to find fellow smashers that you can get a couple matches in with.

This thread is not for spamming. I don't mind if there is a little spam but it becomes an issue when the whole thread is covered in it. So please, don't come here and spam this thread over and over because I don't want this thread to end.

alright, anybody here who can give me some tips on how to build a good marth

Here's a tip. Learn to sprint slide, because it's very useful. Marth approaches his opponent faster when running than WD'ing, so run at him and then Wd out of it, when you're ready to, that way you are still WD'ing but you approach your opponent faster, and then you are still able to do any technique. Learn to wavedash at the right time, like if someone is going to meteor or aerial you, use the medium wavedash and then, depending on which directions you WD, you'll be able to tip him right after because you're just close enough for the tip to land on him. So use a smash attack.

if you wanted to see how to play marth, you guys should come to Colorado for the Colorado Cutthroat Console tournament. it will be sometime in the spring...

i do believe that colorado does have some very experienced smash players

now that the you know what is legal in denver, hopefully the older smash players won't come to that tournament in a * state

Ok, Alphabravo is a mad wavedasher and SHFFler , So I am still wondering how I beat him I just guess I am more rounded or something like that. AND Once Erich pays the fee for the Community center then we will reserve a date in January. Also, ALpha you didnt get last this time. U got 8th place.(out of 15)
