Okay peoples, results time. I'll post more full results when I get the brackets from cyberjocks.

Also: Anyone who has any video footage, and needs someone to put them online, talk to Drew and Rayzorium.

Crews:

1st: The Rest of Texas (BJ, Wes, Mr. C, Drew, SOS)

2nd: Crystal City (Rob$, Zulu, Smiles, Caveman)

3rd: Dallas (7s, Firegod, KirbyKid, WildBoris) I think



Low Tier Teams:

1st: Caveman & Zulu

2nd: KirbyKid & DoH

3rd: SOS and Mr. C

4th: Me & Leprechaun :urg:



Teams:

1st: Caveman & Zulu

2nd: SOS & Mr. C

3rd: Wes & Nick (ECMS)

4th: Drew & Chang


Singles:

1st: Wes

2nd: Zulu

3rd: Rob$

4th: Smiles

5th: BJ/Leprechaun

7th: SOS/?Rayzorium?

I'm so glad luigi is middle now...hehe.

well, all I have to say really on the matter is that just about everyone has a different spring break, if any at all.

so, planning it for spring break wont work well, might as well just say some weekend in spring.

Um, most people have the same Spring Break, or at least a similar one. It's going to be nationwide as I said, so I'm gonna want to have it be at the very least 2 days, and possibly 3 or more. The point is, I realize I'm going to have to work with people, esp if I want people from around the country. But I'll worry about that later. My first priority is this tournament right here. :)

Ok. Im coming to this and will talk to CC, vtown and SAK into coming. I will bring as many people as I can like always. But the question is will all Austin and Houston/Dallas be there? I sure hope so, if you want this to be big then I suggest you talk to them and post this in "TOURNAMENT THREAD" insted of the "SOUTHWEST" thread. Advertise to everyone in the "HUB" when it gets back up. *crosses fingers, for a posistive outcome* im just hopeing its more then 15 - 20 people, that would just be another Converse smashfest. Let this bring in atleast 40 people.

As for the events. 1v1 & Crew's. $15 for 1v1 $10 per crew mate. ONE STAGE STRIKE, IF ANY! i say this because it is unfair advantage for some character's. *example = Im peach, my opponent bann's DL64 & FD, wtf can I do now?, my opponents Marth I bann FOD and YS* wtf? that leaves BattleField &PokeStadium which limits the playing levels and the fairness of matches and the whole point to COUNTER PICKS making this rule very gay.

Super crew = SoS, RHS <-- me, ROB$, Caveman, Fear.

Lol, thanks for the support Mr C. The reason I'm not posting this in the Tournament Discussion room is because I'm not looking for much OOS competition yet. And about the level striking, you'll have to talk to Drew about that, he's the one who mentioned it to me and convinced me it is actually very fair. Oh yes, you can only strike one RANDOM stage, so you couldn't strike both DL64 and FD vs Peach. You have to strike one random, and one non-random stage. I will be advertising it on the HUB, and I guess I might post it in the tournament discussion if I think that will help. All of Austin will be there and Houston and Dallas BETTER BE THERE!!! I'm telling as many people as I can in Dallas and Houston so word will spread.

And that's one vote for crews none for teams and none for low tier.

JesusFreak, post this thread in Fluffy's thread and in all of the recent SA thread's, so people can see what's going down. Also talk to all of the Southwest smashers, AZ whomever else.

I can get probably a good 10-15 people to go. Houston/Dallas better bring everyone.. EVERYONE!!! bring 10-15 people biotches.

Also make it to where 4 - 10th gets there money back.

I never been to a major tournament before and was just wondering why the entrance fee was so much.
The only tournaments I've been to only charged about $5 or so.

Because people want it to be that much heh. They want a chance to win a lot of money. You don't have to enter every tourneyment, if you just want to enter the 1v1s and not the 2nd tournament (which so far I have only received one vote for, that being for crews).

This is Ghey yes Ghey. Not only does the valley miss out on a big tournament but now for sure there is no chance of anyone coming down.

What is so important about Albuquerqe and El Paso why do they get a Bonus. Heck the valley is almost as far as those places. But I digress. No <3 for the valley, though I have supported most major tourneys by being there, Oh well. Ok Fluffy count 6 more people for Sex2 since we will be going to that instead.

I might be able to come, I dont know if I have Winter break yet then or not. if I do, another thing I will need is a place to stay that is free or very cheap. If all you can get me is a driveway I will sleep in my car, but I will need a place to shower too so...

Mr.C...lol...Family guy is the best.
