Well, I guess, how to train for any character. But I want to get good with Pikachu, should I play humans right away, or train against computers? If so, what level of computers?

I play nothing but Pika, but I can't play pichu. Anyways the best way to train is, well I suck so I really shouldn't give any advice out. However I think playing a computer around lvl 6 or 7 is good practice. He's just fast enough for you to try your combos on and such. But like I said I still suck.

Early on, it's especially important to play against humans, this helps get you in a mindset to be able to create and counter mind-games... And any time you're playing against a person, it's a deal greater practice than playing against the computer.
It's very possible to practice a lot of advanced techniques like L-Cancelling and wavedashing against the computer, but it requires a certain mental concentration to not abuse the AI's predictability... and stuffs...
Anyways, you'll get better at the game a lot faster by playing humans as opposed to comps, which is a general rule to any competitive game >.>.

I think you should spend a little time first playing him in training mode. Get to know his moves, the knockback they have, his weight, his falling speed, his recovery(it's easy to mess this up if you don't have practice), etc. Once you have a basic feel of Pika, play actual people.
Don't train on computers higher than level 1. Bad habits will ensue.

It depends on what you'd like to learn first. I'd recommend mastering Pikachu's wavedash and learning how to shffl really good (short-hop, aerial, fast-fall to L-cancel). Once you get used to Pikachu's physics then you can get familiar with his set-ups and combos.
