Ok, after screwing around with Kirby's Bair (Moreso than usually), i Leanred that you c an to a Full jump, hit with one Bair, then , if you hit the enemy correctly at a low damage, ladn a second one.
THis seems to work better on Heavier characters, but...
Full jump and immediately Bair.
Then, if you hit right, you should be able to hit with a second Bair.
With the second Bair, you have two options, get it off earlier, sendint them backwards, or Getting it off Later and knocking them forward a small bit. ONe can be used to get them off, one to get them in range for a F-smash, D-smash, or Grab.
Alternatively, you could Fair instead of Bair for the second hit.
I'm thinking this is probably messed up by Certain DI's, but could it work sometimes?

An uair can also work as the second hit, but it depends on the character's position after the first hit. You can get this off fairly often actually, DI doesn't affect things so much when you're knocking a Ganon around with it. Damage is the deciding factor though.

Isn't that the point of all fighting games?

Again, this goes without saying for all techniques. If sheik wiffs a throw, you can take revenge, ir Fox mises a shine, Marth an F-smash, etc.

ive done a little more experimenting myself with this and it seems like a fairly safe tech to use
even if u dont hit with the first one, the winddown lag if very short so u can easily get in with the second one.
and also very little lag when u hit the ground >:o)

something useful to do is mix the double bair in with another technique, you can also wd after the first bair, and some opponenets will hold their shield through both to shieldgrab you.
If you see them leave their shield on you can do a full jump bair, then wd as you land right beind them and grab them for some nice damage/combo setup awesomeness.
That seems to be pretty useful mixed in with the double bairs.

So, FJB-air can be used into alot of different things. Perhaps i should rename the thread to Full jump B-air techniques, or something along those lines.
You could FJ/SH Bair, to U-tilt or D-smash, or what Gimpy said to a D/F-tilt/Smash instead of grab.
ON a side note, i corrupted my SSBM file a second time now with incorrect AR use... >_<
