I dont use roy much and hes my least favorite charcter but when i play with him i hit them once with side a and they fly by edge then i edge guard and repeat that whole match and never die unless i play a fox who just keeps shooting.any charcter can counter this?

If this is what you mean, then... No. Roy's Fsmash sucks on its own. It's weak unless your opponent is right next to you, and it's really punishable. Vs Computers, it's gold. Vs humans? It's a good finisher when appropriate. And yes, it's a good edgeguarding tool. I like Marth's better though.

if this is wat you mean, Da illest, than bangelo does hav a point. if your using roy, you hav to start using some of his better moves. im not all that great (i basically only play comps, myself) but some advice: when facing someone with a powerful move (take falcons falcon punch, for example) try to learn the timing for counter on these moves and counter them whenever the oppurtunity arises. other than on powerful moves, though, you wont want to use counter very often. if you mess up, it leaves you wide open to start getting comboed. DED can be a useful move when edgeguarding, on account of his spike with the third hit (press down+b). if you have enough time, you may want to try a flare blade, but if your opponent doesnt come for you, just release b and dont suffer the 10% damage. flare blade should be used rarely and only as a surprise attack, as it also leaves you completely vulnerable. i hope this helps

Roy's f-smash sucks on its own? Lol. Hell no. The fact that Roy has the f-smash makes your opponent try to work around it in the first place. Tech-chasing and mind games make the f-smash extremely useful. Besides, Marth's f-smash is just as punishable.

But, in the beggining you said he was your least favorite character. Play against someone worthy I guess to help. Also, really work on your sentance structure it really stinks!
