Aight everyone thats the deal. Also if possible it would be great if some people could bring extra Tv's/Gamecubes/Smash. It would help out a lot with making the tournament run smoother.

Most of those are really horribe stages, some of them shouldn't even be allowed in the tournament lol I think out of all of those I'd say:

Would be better suited for random picks and the others left out, I dunno though you're the one running the event. In any case, feel free to come to the tournament, the entry information stated above as well as the awaiting confirmation on the following stages I just mentioned. Addressing those of you who wish to know more details on the location of the tournament: please contact ChaosTheory and let him know that you're going to be there.

As an alternative, you can contact me through my AIM, Yahoo, or MSN and I'll contact him for you personally. Hopefully all things go well, so get your practice in, the date's coming up next weekend, if things run smoothly.

The stages, as far as I'm concerned, is up to ChaosTheory, but he hasn't given any confirmation on which ones he's going to allow into the randomness and disallow, but I'll address it to him if he doesn't already see it on here.

As he addressed earlier, it'd be wonderful if we could get an extra tv or two and a couple more games of Smash to help the tournament run a little smoother. Please read the rules, etc. etc., and then contact me or ChaosTheory on further specific information. Thanks for being interested in the apartment brawl. ~_^

7 min. time limit?

No Time limit might be a better choice.

"Why?"

I feel like most people will be more concerned with the time going out, and winning by stock, instead of actually playng to win. Like if I was Fox, everytime I was a stock up, I'd evade the entire time, forcing my opponent to chase me- this would draw out the match by at least a few minutes, even if one of us ended up killing off the other.

BUT, if there is no time limit, I'm going to be more concerned with wanting to win, wasting no time to beat my opponent. Thus, making the matches go by faster.

Regardless if you agree with that approach or not, the logic is apparent.


In other words- please consider changing the rule to No Time Limit. Of course, this is your tourny, and your call- so you can do whatever you want.

The tournament was a -HUGE- success, and CT and I want to thank the ones that did show up for helping it go smoothly for our first-ever ran tournament. I, personally, met alot of people and had alot of fun, I hope you all did the same, as stated before, Treeko had won the tournament so congradulations on his part. Funny story. One, I couldn't attend because I was busy at the time. More so, though, my parents would let me because they thought that we would get molested and raped. No lie. Don't laugh, but feel free to cry.

I suppose that isn't an entirely illogical fear, but CT, Legion, I met with you guys, and you don't exactly seem the rapist. I think they had visions of nobody but us showing, and you leading us into a dungeon and sedating us and chaining us to the wall and...

Anyways, can I get an insight as to how many people showed, what kind of place it was held at(dungeon?), just the atmosphere in general.

Not a really funny story, after all.
