Chain throwing with Pikachu.

The fast fallers are the only ones you can chain throw with Pikachu (unless the opponent doesn't know how to DI and then you can CT Marth, and some other floaty's.) and that's only with his uthrow. However I find that it's easier to do it to fox/falco after they're above 40% or so. Otherwise, it's just a guessing game. You can't react fast enough with a JCed grab. However, Falcon I can chain throw from any percentage.
