Main tournament: 5$ (double elimination)

Team tournament: 1$
bring your own controller, and I'll need two people to bring a copy of smash.

Coach, SOS isn't coming that weekend, so I'm going to win it. When it comes to tournament matches, I play much more serious than usual so your chances of winning, along with Betty, are VERY low. You and Betty haven't beat me in a tournament match once. The only person that can possibly beat me in a tournament match is Zeroes and Converse Crew.

well i live in Alamo Heights. We love playing but the thing is we arent that good, so i dont think you'd really want us. But we would like to play more often with more people than we do now (which is why we're throwing the tournament. i'll get last and bluezaft will get second to last, but thats okay. It'll be fun.) We actually look forward to getting pwned. :chuckle: And we'll only lose $7 each. And if the turnout is good, we'll throw more tournaments.

I live right next to the North Star Mall, if that helps. But yeah, if that's true, than you guys don't live very far at all. Maybe a 10 minute drive or less to go to your place or bluezaft's place. If you want to meet up something before the tournament, I can bring a friend or two with me if you guys are interested. We'll play single and team matches if you guys are up for it.
Do you guys go to AHHS since y'all live in Alamo Heights? I graduated from AHHS in 2005, good times...

Even though i live in Alamo Heights, i went to NESA (a magnet school) which was at the Robert E. Lee campus. I graduated in 2004. I go to SAC now. :dizzy:
But my kid brother Mikey goes to AHHS. He was in ROTC, now he's a senior. Coach knows him.

random neutral stages, 4 stock, best 2 out of 3.
Money is divided 80/20 between winner and 2nd place in the main event, and in the mini tourneys, everything goes to winner.

did everyone see the chang to bluezaft's first post with the day and and place of the tournament. Well it is probably not going to be on the 30th anymore. But it will still happen. maybe a day earlier or whatever, he's figuring that out. just saying, becuase i didnt notice the change to the post at first, so you might not have.

Yea, you're right, they are selling that...but my siblings dont want to pitch in (which is ridiculous since they WILL play it if i buy it) ugh!! It's still is a good deal, but i dont know yet. I need to convince myself that blowing $100 on ssb is good. I mean i know it's worth it, but...
plus, we arent sure that the whole game cube is broken. My brothers seem to think that a wire is what's wrong. i hope they are right, because that is a lot easier to replace than a whole freaking gamecube!!! :urg:
But anyways, about the tournament, we asked our youth minister when we could have the tourny and he has to check to see when the building we would use with the projection screens and stuff would be available. He said he would know by today, but he didnt. but we'll keep bugging him about it and post as soon as we know. sheesh. :psycho:

Dude this weekend i was walking home at 5 am from bettys when i looked up into the sky. A giant Game and Watch came out of the sky and did judgement on me. After that moment i have been able to see betty naked and my smash powers have increased a shiit load. Well after getting hit with judgement Mr C was naked next to my window and betty was next to him naked Mr C I warn you, Betty is my baby's daddy dont be all talking to him like you've seen him naked and shiit.
