As a fellow Oklahoman (Altus, OK here!), I'm rather disappointed about the lack of Smash opportunities in the state. In my town we have a game center, but for some odd reason it is xbox dominated and despite all my efforts I cannot convince them to start holding Super Smash Bros. Melee tournaments, even though I KNOW people will show up. They'd rather hold stupid Halo2 tournaments instead! ****it, I wish there was more Smash competition in this state!

Yo, people! As your fellow Oklahoman, I say its high time we OK Smashers got together and played one another... At the very least, we need to see who the best is in OK; at the most we need to unite our powers and show our fellow Smashers that we can hang with the best of 'em.
I've tried(and failed) to get some kind of tourney set up several times, but we really don't need to shoot that high just yet. If we could all just arrange a get-together just for fun, I'm definitely down... We just need to find a good place to meet and play.

So... who's in?

Oh yeah, JF! We're already in the planning stages to come down... I wish I could've made it to a few more tourneys this year, but things didn't go quite my way. Oklahoma will definitely represent at TGA-- Count on it!

yeah they do have pretty good burgers, and their 2 liters of soda are some of the cheapest around.

in fact, i dont see why we dont go there more often during smashfests...
