Doesn't sound bad, do you have any idea on a date?

Well I'm trying to do it either next saturday or the third saturday of september. If they are open on Labor Day, I could possibly do it then, but that might be too soon or something.

It's kinda hard for me to find a date to do it. Since I work most of the week and school. Then chores and homework. but I always find a way. If I dont do it this month. I could do it in October as well and try to see if I can have 2v2 in the tourney as well. They wanted it to be a short one. Also there wont be a money pot.....maybe

If not money, then what would the prize(s) be?

I could do a money pot. but it would be to first place. If I did admission Fee, they would win that. but I would just do a 50 dollar for first place. on account I have to save up for other things.

Okay, the weekend of the 10th has a tourney already going on, that I think most everyone that would be around this area is attending. The weekend of the 24th will also be a 'bad' weekend, seeing as it is the weekend of "Show Me Your Moves" in IL. Try something in October, that way it also gives us a smidge to go and get ready for it.

And you might want to charge a $5-10 entry fee, and feed that right back into the winnings, distributed 50%,30%,20%. You COULD also go 40/30/20/10, just depends on how you want to do things :). I personally go 40/30/20/10, just because the same people win every time... :)

well the problem is. I wanted to do a charge fee. But it's against Gamecrazy Policy, but they said I can do it outside the building before you guys enter. If I did a charge fee, it would depend on who's all going. If it's not a lot of people. Then first and second will get the prize money if it's more. than I could go with what you just said. and plus it will save me some money as well.

I'm gonna print out the rules. and give them a copy so they know how I want it.

you should come over this weekend, to DIC in River Falls. It's basically a suburb of the cities. Check it out.

Well, if it's in Oct instead, (since I'll be going to DIC - River Falls this Saturday and most likely going camping in two Sat's), I'll come from St. Paul. Also, it'd be nice if there was no cover charge. Hope you come to that conclusion.

By the way, River Falls is not a suburb of the cities nor is it even considered a peripheral town to the twin cities. The business, the people, domestic life, etc., work independently without going to and fro twin cities.
