Is it just me or are there too many threads being locked on this board, which hardly sees much posting anyway? There has been some good, helpful information being shared on this board recently. Topics, even relating solely on the character Bowser, that COULD have existed in "Melee Discussion" are being locked, even when the discussion is just getting started. I think discussion should be encouraged, not hindered by locking. If the thread is relatively related to Bowser, even if it's just about the character, I think it should be kept open. Threads such as "Bowser Improvements", which I guess could have existed in the sticky at "Melee Discussion", are exclusive to how the character Bowser should be improved. It is not like this board is being spammed daily; there are not much open threads to begin with. I don't know if there have been some new mods or something that are just starting to enjoy their new powers, but take it easy ;). Yes, please lock completely off-topic threads such as "I AM TEH BEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD AND YOU ALL SUCK!". As long as the users that post here are mature and make thoughful posts, this board should be able to self-regulate itself.

Let this be the last thread ever locked on this board!

I totally agree with you... Let there be light!

Take it up with a mod through PMs. Making a thread about locked threads will just get that thread locked :p

That said, here's a pic of a freakishly cute kitten:
