Who has the best luigi?

I hear about the best of each character a lot..but i wonder who has the best luigi? He's not very popular with the pros so it's a lil hard to see who has the best. PimpUigi is pretty good and I've stories of Rock. Saw a vid of his beating down on Wes' Samus. So who's got the best?
