Ganon's Down B recovery

Can anyone tell me why after using ganon's down b to recover allows him another jump even after you have used up all your jumps?

Because that's how it was programmed.

It doesn't seem to be a glitch or explained by any other means.

doesn't matter how or why it happens. The only thing that matters is whether or not you exploit this ability that Ganon and CF have. And ALL the top Ganon and CF players exploit it, so if you use either one of them then you should definately take advantage of this ability as well.

I didnt say it mattered, I was just curious why. And yes I exploit it.
