Popo help. Single IC vs Giga Bowser.

Man, I'm a total arse.
I agreed on a bet to play a single Ice Climber against the Giga Bowser in adventure, with one stock.
I'm not that sure Ima pull it off, I'm not that good with the IC's, let alone with a single one :ohwell:.
I guess I'd be best off to spam poor single Popo's projectile and add in an aerial whenever he uses his firebreath?

Lol, you asked for more than you can handle. Still, I guess it is possible.

The essence of the ICs is that they are TOGETHER. However, if what I'm hearing is right, Giga Bowser will be a computer. So, if I can remember, GB doesn't block. Spamming B isn't a bad idea. But it's gonna be awfully slow without Nana. With Nana, you could've at least desynched and alternate B, but now you can't. Giga Bowser can crush you with his power, so try to stay away from him. My suggestions:

1. Try to be hit as little as possible
2. Spam B
3. Try to convince your friends(?) to include Nana
4. Drink skim milk

Sorry, I'm not helping much, am I? Oh well, that's what you can expect from someone who just started at the ICs.

One more hint. You CAN'T grab Giga Bowser. Er, that's what I think.

(Heh, the Ice climbers infinite grab on a giga bowser. Something I'd like to see.)

Aye, Giga Bowser doesn't shield, and he's not able to get grabbed. Don't know if the first makes up for the latter.
But heck, not getting his by GB on FD with just one IC that's almost impossible. You can't jump over him, you can't go underneath him, and the projectiles certainly don't carry enough knockback to keep him away.
I guess I'll have to try this one out, tell what I've found.

Well, surprisingly (sigh) I didn't quite make it. I had two stock left.
My sole Popo managed to add on 250% due to a Star Rod and a Bellosom, and then when jumping over him to safety he got me with his upsmash. Instant KO.
Man, I'm screwed.

250%, thats quite a bit. I don't think I could've done that. Personally, I'd've fair'd him while going over him, but that thinking would've gotten me killed. Nice try, better than what I'd do.

rofl, used AR some days ago and I went single IC against human controlled Giga Bowser - got Battlefield as stage, four stock
opponent was around same skill level as I am...
and ROFL he only had one stock left when I lost the match
