When should you use that move i know its good for juggling but at what estimated percentage should i start the juggle against (a)heavys, (b) fastfallers, and (c) floaters. i would experiment but my friend only plays with 3 players

Juggle all of those characters. This move is key to Doc's arsenal and the more I play the more often I use it. Anytime that you can get underneath a character that's in the air is a good time to use it, and the other arials are generally used in shuffles against grounded or near grounded characters.

Cryis P pretty much summed it up, anytime they are under you use it. Whats great about this move is that they dont have to be directly under you. As long as they are close, you are good go.
ya the airupa has a pretty good range, so basically it's what can start some deadly combos with Dr.

And along with the drill it has unreasonable priority.

sometimes you can throw in a b-air when you come from below
Roy/Marth Player.

Somtimes it depends on the Character =/
If they are heavy sometimes its easy but depends
If they are fastfallers it sometimes is hard if your new with Dr. Mario..which I am not..but it will be hard if your just starting with him
and Floaters
Gee its kinda easy cause they float some and you can grab them easily..but it depends on how good you are with Dr. Mario

Juggling is always a good strategy for racking up big damage...of course don't expect any KOs. You're gonna have to land a power blow. And if you're playing as the doc this might be a prob, as he's a bit slow.

It's usually not hard to land a finishing blow when juggling, toss a fair in there instead of another u air or bair.

I guess not... but breakfalling (or whatever you people call it around here) is a sometimes reliable way to escape a juggle...
