sorry if this is old news to anybody... but, i'm new here and not keen on searching every thread for such content...
i can wave dash forward and backwards, and i can wave dash shield to grab or smash, but something i have accidently done but didn't quite know what it was or how to intentionally do it, i figured out last night...
it took me some practice, starting with full height double jumps and upon landing, i angled forward with down and did a single wave dash that nearly slid half the length of Final Destination at a very high speed...
i then practiced doing two then three air attacks (any direction or neutral) then doing the super wave dash as i landed... i can consistently do this now (and backwards too), and there is nothing like sliding half of that platform and grabbing your opponent so **** FAST from so far away...
but, for some reason, i can't consistently do this super wave dash with the standard ground wave dashing rapid button sequence... there is something about the short hop that stunts the total length of the wave dash...
anybody else here know about Mewtwo's ridiculous super wave dash? or how to consistently do that length with the normal short hop technique?
