Yeah you have a nice Roy too, if we both go to Arcade Smash 2, let's have a few dittos and see who's more awesome though. I haven't improved at all since our last meeting, but I want to see how I do. >_>

Not going to arcade smash 2. I'm going to V TYME though. That's still not definite but pretty likely.

Oh, BTW, my Roy wasn't warmed up when you faced it. It got dramatically better after you faced my Roy at first.

Well that's okay, and I keep saying it; you're like the first good person I played in smash, I got a lot better by the time GS2 was over. Next time we play I'll be even better, you wouldn't even be able to two stock me. In a Roy ditto I mean, if I used Samus it'd be all over for you. >_>

I've only seen Azen and Neo, but they're both pretty good. I'll have to say a tie between the two.

Of course I'm pretty good with Roy too :P , though I only face the computer... ^_^'
Go see for yourself if you want. (My account on SSBM DC++ is just "blade")

I have never lost to G&W, for that I am proud. Not terribly proud, since it's G&W, but hey; it's there.

Whoa whoa WHOA! Now I know you're lying. You never faced me with Roy. And if you did and I used G&W your Roy is not impressive nor good. Doesn't matter if I didn't beat it. If I don't remember your Roy, you aren't good. I remember every Roy that I face, every Roy. I even remember this one kid at GS2 that played Roy and I refered him to this site (because frankly, he thought Roy was stronger and I thought he could improve). No more lying ****. Talk with honor. Okay, I watched that video (not all of it, just the first match). First of all, vid quality.

1. Don't use that big of a size. I and probably everyone else just full screen's it and as long as it's not too small to screw up the full screen, it's good enough. And too long, I just needed one match to see your skill level.

2. You can skip the rest by just reading the Roy FAQ pinned at the top of the page. You can read the rest if you want but it might be easier to just do that.

3. Use the C-Stick.

4. Learn the advanced techniques. http://www.freewebs.com/xiffer/compendiumofsmashknowledge.html

5. Download some Roy vids. Look at how they use the stuff. Best Roys are the ones stated in this topic. More mediocre Roy includes me and... well me actually. Other ones (especially RanmaAppleTree) suck.

That's pretty much it.

I didn't say I was positive that I used him against your G&W, I just said I believe I did (I can't remember every match I have, and which characters were used...). And I'm not lying, since there's no reason to lie about who I used. And that was in June anyway, I told you I'm better now. Not great, better. You're acting like I said I'm as good or almost as good as Azen or Neo with Roy or something dude. Can't I have some confidence with one of my favorite characters though? :chuckle:

Uh, Neo lives in Ellicott City. He is best Roy, he is THE red roy. I live in College Park and I guarantee you my Red Roy is better than yours. This isn't even up for discussion. :tired:

Crack child what is your problem? I haven't even been on the competitive smash scene for two months yet (same goes for playing good people). And my saying I'm the Falco killer isn't serious, though I did infact three stock a Falco at AS2 with no prior experience playing against Falcos.

But seriously dude you need to quit with your negativity about my skills, when I beat people I do not go around saying they suck or such nonsense, it's really rude to put down someone else's skills like that unless you're just goofing around. And you take this stuff too seriously, I don't even practice smash except for a few minutes every now and then but I can play better than plenty of people. This is without without human practice. You seem to keep ignoring me when I say this. This was the case at GS2 as well. I even told you at GS2 in our second meeting that I'm trying to get better, and it was my first time playing good people; or something similar if I remember correctly. It's the same thing I said to almost everyone there.

If I see you at a tournament don't approach me and I won't approach you. Okay? Cool.

Man, I am not playing you. You keep saying I suck and I keep telling you, you were like the first good smasher I played. So there's no point in us playing each other again since you already know you're gonna win 100%, and that I suck at Melee because I didn't beat you (though I beat a lot of people at GS2, so they must not even deserve to touch the game if they're worse than me) apparently. And I thought it was fairly obvious that I wasn't being serious whenever I was talking smack to you or those other guys. No one gets my awesome. I'm done here. >_>

If you've said you've gotten better, than I'll play you. If you don't, you're saying you can't take criticism and you'd rather just quit than get better and beat me. And I never said you shouldn't touch the game. I said you shouldn't brag about how good you are. This is the only time I've ever gone outright and said "I'm better than you." (except that Capt. Falcon topic but it was so obvious I was joking it wasn't even funny >_>).

If you want to prove yourself the best just walk up to me and fight me.

To umbreonmow: I've seen quite a few of NEO and musashis vids. They are both Roy gods. I'm still new to the boards but I think that Neo vs Masashi would be pretty even. It would defiantely be an awesome match though. I'd pay money to see that match up!!! I'm sure most people here agree with me.

On topic: Neo and Masashi are the only two Roys that you really need to know of. And Rebel581 of course. Mad props to him and his awesome work on the Roy Guide. I hope to face you some day.

Actually, I would say it goes:

Ken
Masashi

Azen's Roy is good, but not great. The main reason he does well is that he has some crazy mind games, and good intuition. That is also why he is the undisputed ditto king. He also has access to playing NEO a lot, and some of his trix rub off on him. If Azen wanted to he could be one of the greater Roys though.

Btw, I don't want this to sound like I am bashing Azen in anyway, I am just speaking from what I have seen from his Roy.

Add yourself to that list Mookierah. You along with Rebel581 and Xif helped create the greatest Roy guide in existence...well,it was mostly you so in my book that effort alone earns you the title of one of the greatest Roys
