Roys spike

I was toying around with a lvl 9 Bowser, he was at like 100% and I spiked him with Roys dair and I could have swore he meteor canceled it, I always thought that Roys dair was a spike like Marths and not a meteor spike I just want to know if it is a meteor spike or if it is a spike and the lvl 9 just being cheap.

Along with luigi's it's D*MN flashy and unexpected. I've spiked people with it before. And even though it's meteor cancellable it's still very satisfying to land.

It's a meteor attack and probably one of the weaker spikes in the game. Should not be used often and only for making fun of your opponent IMO.

I still love it though; I can't seem to combo into it like YLink's flame spike, but it's still fun to finish casual players with.
