What do you find are the best stages to play on as Ganon?

I peronally like Yoshi's Story a lot since I can keep pressure on with U-Air from virtually anywhere on the stage. Plus, lower % kills.

Dreamland 64 is also a favorite.

I've been finding Kongo Jungle makes a decent Ganon stage too. Lot of platforms to u-air into and the rock helps recovery and helps to extend some combos.

I disagree with cstick about fountain of dreams. It actually seems like a really good stage for ganon. It's small, and has platforms that really help you out. But from my experience the little platforms are actually too much of an obstacle because when they move around and get close to the ground they break up ganon's air game too much. His size also means that when they are low, it's hard for you to get under them. This is especially a problem if you are edguarding and you want to short hop back or forward air and the platform won't let you perform the move at the position you want because your jump puts you up on top of it.

It's still not a bad stage because at times the platforms are in ideal positions, but it's just frustrating when they aren't.

It's true about FoD.

Basically, it CAN be a great stage for Ganon, depending on how well that Ganon can adapt to the changing platforms. Some characters can play pretty regularly despite the changes, only having to adapt their LC timing, and other characters [ahemmarthahem] can just be *******s about it and just hump the c-stick along the quick path to victory, no matter what position the platforms are in.

But, if the Ganon is careful and can arrage his game accordingly, FoD can really have an advantage for him (unless he's playing that sword-weilding, tiara-wearing pansy...).

After experimenting with a few stages to get some info flowing through here, I've found that I perform best with my Ganon on Dream Land 64. Because the 2 lower platforms are at the perfect level to just barely get 'Dorf up there with his jump, wavedashing off of them gives him the maximum distance for the wavedash, and lets him slide backwards off of it, off of the edge, and into a previously-unexpected uair spike or edgehog. Gotta love that uair :P.

FoD, BF, and YS

I second that.

Anything with ledges littered throughout the stage is pretty good for Ganon because of the speed boost ledgedashing provides him.

I feel that Final Destination is good for Ganon because after you've destroyed your opponent, that can't come up with any excuses.

I also like all stages with the 3 platforms.

In order to see what I was talking about on DL64, check out Thomas Tippman's Triforce of Power vid on the hub. He uses the DL64 platforms better than anyone I've ever seen.
