the rape is basically useless against jiggly because it does absolutley no damage.
it's true he'lll just throw jiggy down and poof lands on'er and everthing and comes out clean:P
anyone know of this cmplete mishap.

Yeah it's broken NTSC. I'm not sure about later versions but the original version's definently got that problem. The same thing goes to down-throwing GaW as well. Most people already know this, and PAL's got it fixed.

Down throwing Jigglypuff does no damage even in 1.2 but down throwing Pichu in 1.2 does damage.

since she is so small she might not get hurt and since she is a balloon shape. im not sure if it dont work on kirby

I really don't see how the hell HAL's debug team missed this of all things. It's not like it's a hard thing to recreate for debugging purposes...
